OCU “bishop” with RF passport invites Kellogg to Crimea after its liberation
On August 25, 2025, during a prayer breakfast in Kyiv, the "metropolitan" of the OCU with Russian citizenship, Kliment Kushch, spoke with the US special envoy Keith Kellogg.
Kushch informed Kellogg that Crimea is Ukraine and emphasized the necessity of its return.
"I invite you to visit Crimea after its liberation. This is important because Crimea is Ukraine," Kushch stated.
Whether he told Kellogg that he is a citizen of the aggressor country, the "hierarch" did not specify.
As reported, Kushch urged Ukrainians "not to put on a show in the TRC" but to go to the front.
Earlier, the UOJ wrote that, according to Kushch, he became a citizen of the Russian Federation because otherwise, he "would have lost all property, not only church property but also my personal belongings".
