Lomachenko: You can take away his passport, but not his love and faith
The champion stressed that all events should be judged from the perspective of the Gospel.
Legendary boxer Vasyl Lomachenko commented on Zelensky’s decree revoking the citizenship of His Beatitude Onuphry on his Facebook page.
“A person can have their passport taken away, everything earthly taken away, but Love and Faith – never! His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry is a Man whom the Lord has put in the right place,” Lomachenko wrote, urging people to evaluate all events from the perspective of the Gospel.
“‘A good tree brings forth good fruit, but a bad tree brings forth bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit,’” Vasyl reminded, quoting Christ’s words from the Gospel of Matthew.
Earlier, the UOJ reported that Zelensky had commented on his decree revoking the citizenship of the UOC Primate.
