Archpriest Mykhailo Bilokin was detained on his way to a service in the Kamianske Eparchy, and his current whereabouts are unknown.

On September 6, 2026, TRC officers detained Archpriest Mykhailo Bilokin, rector of the Church of the Holy Martyrs Boris and Gleb in the village of Radisne, Kamianske Eparchy of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church. His relatives reported this in an appeal to the UOJ editorial office.

According to them, at around 8:00 a.m., Fr. Mykhailo was on his way to a service in Radisne, a village located 15 kilometers from the city of Kamianske, where he lives. After the priest’s car entered the yard of a local resident, a vehicle carrying TRC officers pulled in behind him and stopped directly next to his car. The officers blocked the priest from leaving, then pulled him out of the vehicle and took him away.

Archpriest Mykhailo was first taken to a hospital on Panikakhy Street in Dnipro and was then transferred to the regional military enlistment office on Schmidt Street. At the time his relatives contacted the UOJ, they had been unable to reach him. His son had repeatedly called his phone, but there was no response.

Fr. Mykhailo was ordained in 1992. He is 55 years old.

As the UOJ previously reported, TRC officers earlier abducted a UOC priest in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
