Rivne Eparchy hosts Orthodox youth congress "Unity Cup"

In the Rivne Eparchy of the UOC, with the blessing of Metropolitan Pimen of Rivne and Ostroh, the youth congress of the Dubno region "Unity Cup" has begun its work, reports the eparchy's press service.

Traditionally, the event opened with a joint prayer.

Young people from various parishes of the Dubno district arrived at the congress. Over the course of several days, participants will have the opportunity not only to communicate and relax together, but also to participate in sports competitions, creative events, and spiritual conversations.

As the organizers note, the main goal of the "Unity Cup" is to strengthen friendly ties among Orthodox youth, foster faithfulness to Christian values, and form an active life position based on Gospel principles.

A various program has been prepared for participants, which combines prayer, sports challenges, cultural events, and meetings on spiritual topics.

The Rivne Eparchy expressed hope that the time spent at the congress will help young people find new friends, strengthen their faith, and gain valuable experience in Christian fellowship.

The "Unity Cup" has already become a good tradition for the Orthodox youth of the Dubno region, annually gathering young men and women from different parishes for joint witness of their faith and church unity.

As the UOJ wrote, a youth forum on social ministry took place in the Volyn Eparchy of the UOC.
