The supplies were delivered by Archpriest Ioann Nemesh, dean of the Makariv district. The shipment included essential food items to support the brethren and those sheltering at the monastery.

Fr. Ioann thanked everyone who took part in collecting aid for the monasteries of Donbas and assured them of prayers for their benefactors. “Here, in this holy monastery, prayers are being offered up for you, that the Lord may reward you for your labors,” the priest said.

As the UOJ previously reported, UOC volunteers delivered 15 tons of humanitarian aid to the Sviatohirsk Lavra.
