During the hearing, the court will review appeals filed by the defense lawyers against the decision of the Chechelivskyi District Court of the city of Dnipro dated December 6, 2025, which extended Metropolitan Arseniy’s preventive measure for 60 days.
The hearing is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. The court is located at 24 Myru Avenue, Kryvyi Rih.
“Dear brothers and sisters, we ask for your prayers for the imprisoned Metropolitan Arseniy and the brotherhood of the Lavra,” the statement says.
As the UOJ previously reported, in the United States, there were calls to repeal the law banning the UOC and to immediately release Metropolitan Arseniy.
