Dnipro Eparchy delivers humanitarian aid to Sviatohirsk Lavra

On October 25, the Sviatohirsk Lavra received a shipment of humanitarian aid from the Dnipro Eparchy, according to the eparchy’s press service.
The trip was headed by Archimandrite Nestor (Rozvadovsky), head of the Center for Volunteer, Medical, and Psychological Assistance of the Dnipro Eparchy. The humanitarian cargo included vegetables, grains, bottled water, sweets, hygiene supplies, and canned goods. In addition, the brethren received monetary donations from benefactors.
After unloading the aid, Archimandrite Nestor visited the monastery’s holy caves, venerated its sacred relics, and thanked the brethren for their steadfastness and prayers. The monks of Sviatohirsk Lavra presented Archimandrite Nestor with commemorative gifts and asked for continued prayerful support.
Recall that on the night of August 15, 2025, the Holy Dormition Sviatohirsk Lavra was damaged in shelling. As the UOJ reported, the UOC called on the faithful to help the monastery with funds to repair shattered windows ahead of the cold season.
