A new UOC church consecrated in the village of Pryslip, Zakarpattia

On 21 September 2025, the Feast of the Nativity of the Most Holy Theotokos, Metropolitan Mark of Khust and Vynohradiv performed the rite of consecration of the Nativity-of-the-Theotokos Church in the village of Pryslep, Zakarpattia Oblast, the press service of the Khust Eparchy of the UOC reported.
Following the consecration, His Eminence presided at the Divine Liturgy, concelebrated by clergy of the eparchy. During the service, special prayers were offered for the long-awaited peace in Ukraine and for the soldiers defending the homeland.
At the conclusion of the service, Metropolitan Mark congratulated the faithful on the feast and on this milestone in the life of the parish, invoking God’s blessing on all.
Earlier, the UOJ reported that in the village of Synevyrska Polyana in Zakarpattia, the altar of a new UOC church was consecrated.
