Serbian Patriarch congratulates UOC Primate on 11th anniversary of enthronement

The Primate of the Serbian Orthodox Church, His Holiness Patriarch Porfirije, congratulated His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry on the 11th anniversary of his enthronement to the Kyiv Metropolis, reports the UOC Information and Education Department.

His Holiness Patriarch Porfirije wished His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry the Lord's help in his difficult ministry to the Church and the people of God..

"May the Lord strengthen you in your archpastoral ministry and guide you with His grace through all trials and temptations. May He grant you wisdom, and both spiritual and physical strength in your difficult service to the Church and the people of God," said the Primate of the Serbian Church

Patriarch Porfirije also noted: "We prayerfully wish that in the coming years, under your vigilant care, the Holy Church may grow in love, unity, and the truth of Christ."

As reported by the UOJ, the UOC has started prayerful celebrations on the anniversary of His Beatitude's enthronement.
