The consecration of the foundation stone and the service of blessing were conducted by Bishop Mark of Rakhiv, with the blessing of Metropolitan Mark of Khust and Vynohradiv.

Clergy from across the eparchy took part in the prayer service.

After the cornerstone was laid, the bishop addressed those gathered, reminding them of the importance of unity, faith, and prayerful labor in the life of the parish.

As previously reported by the UOJ, a new Holy Trinity Church was recently consecrated in the village of Horbakiv to replace one seized by the OCU.
