At Kyiv Lavra, His Beatitude performs all-night vigil on Ascension eve

On May 28, 2025, on the eve of the Lord's Ascension, His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry of Kyiv and All Ukraine led the all-night vigil at the Dormition Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, reports the Lavra's press service on its Telegram channel.
The service was held at the Church of St. Agapitus of the Caves.
During the all-night vigil, the Primate of the UOC was concelebrated by UOC hierarchs and the clergy of the monastery.
The live broadcast of the service was conducted on the monastery's channel.
As reported by the UOJ, on the evening of May 28, the lawyer of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, Archpriest Nikita Chekman, announced the plans of the new management of the National Reserve "Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra" to restrict the brethren's access to the premises of the Lower Lavra.
