The Diia Telegram account greeted Ukrainians on Halloween by sending out a fake draft notice supposedly issued by a Territorial Recruitment Center (TRC), Strana reports.
The message published by Diia said that the purported TCC draft notice was a joke.
“Download the app again. Diia does not send draft notices, and there are no plans even to develop such a service. Happy Halloween,” the message said.
However, according to Strana, not all Ukrainians understood the joke and began actively deleting the government app.
Earlier, the UOJ reported that the Georgian Church had urged people not to celebrate Halloween.
